you heat them?
Each shape has a different heating time because of the amount of grain
inside. The Original Natural Wheat Bag and The Body Pillow take approximately
2-3 minutes on high, depending on the power of the microwave.

the wheat bags hold heat?
It varies according to size, but the Original Natural Wheat Bag and the
Body Pillow have enough grain to maintain a therapeutic level of heat for
15-20 minutes and then comforting warmth for about an hour. It may be much
longer if used as a bed warmer since the heat stays trapped under the covers.

you chill them?
Natural Wheat Bags cool down quickly in the freezer and are generally ready
for use within one hour. They can also live in the freezer if stored in
a resealable plastic bag.
